In fireTMS, users can be assigned specific roles based on their functions.
Each role comes with different permissions. Below are some examples of the differences between the roles:
Payment Handler – Allows control over all company payments, including overdue payments.
Export to Excel – A user with this role can export data to Excel.
Freight Forwarder – This role is for an employee responsible for managing assigned orders.
Freight Forwarding Manager – This role supervises the work of freight forwarders. The main difference between the Freight Forwarder and Freight Forwarding Manager accounts is the ability to set payment terms when adding a new contractor, set credit limits, and enter rates per kilometer.
Accountant – An employee with this role is responsible for tasks such as issuing and registering invoices correctly. They also have access to financial reports.
Accounting Manager – This role differs from the Accountant role by allowing the user to cancel and reissue invoices. Like the Accountant, they have access to financial reports.
Management – This role has the permissions of both the Freight Forwarding Manager and Accounting Manager, and additionally has access to the full Reports menu.
Administrator – This role manages the settings for the entire company in fireTMS. From this role, new employees and branches can be added.
Note! A user can be assigned more than one role. To do this, select the desired roles while holding the CTRL key on the keyboard.
