To speed up and simplify the process of entering orders for recurring loads, the fireTMS system allows the creation of Cargo Templates.
Templates are created for specific contractors. You can create them either by manually adding a new load template or by saving a load as a template during its creation.
Creating a Template:
New Load Template
By navigating to Loads >> Templates >> Cargo Templates, you can create a new load template using the Add option.
In the newly opened window, you need to fill in the required fields marked with a red asterisk:
Client
Loading and Unloading Address
Note! The "From" and "To" time fields will not be saved in the template.
If the template name was not provided in the creation window, after selecting OK, a new window will appear where you can enter a name for the created template.
Once saved, the new template will be visible in the list of load templates.
In the same location, by selecting a specific entry from the list, you can edit previously added templates using the Edit option.
Save as a Template During Load Creation
By going to Loads >> Enter load and entering all the necessary data, you can save the load using the Save as template option.
After selecting this option, the system will open a window where you can assign a name to the template.
Once the new template is saved, it will be visible in the template list under Loads >> Templates >> Load Templates.
2. Creating an Order from a Saved Template
To create an order from a previously saved template, during the creation of an order in Orders >> Enter order, select the client for whom the template was created. After filling in the Customer field, a Select template field will appear in the Loading / Unloading Points section.
By expanding this field, the load templates created for that client will be visible on the list.
